爱华网艾滋病人的药膳
当今的艾滋病被称之为“超级癌症”或“新生瘟疫”的恶性传染病，为世人所关注。患者普遍存在着营养不良，经常出现低蛋白症，热能营养不良，维生素A、B6、B12、叶酸及微量元素硒、铁、锌等缺乏，造成细胞，体液免疫、巨噬细胞功能及补体水平的损害。目前尚无有效治疗本病的药物。近几年有关专家依据中国传统医学法则，选用60余种中药如人参、灵芝和蔬果如猕猴桃、苦瓜等，经实验室证实有抑制艾滋病毒的作用。这是很好的苗头。笔者现以中国传统医学理论为指导，务求增强治疗艾滋病患者的免疫功能和机体抗病能力，特提出如下有关药膳治则。
1扶正培本
用增强机体免疫功能的中草药物组方以提高巨噬细胞功能，使淋巴细胞转化率及玫瑰药瓣形成增加；或刺激免疫功能，调节激素水平以活跃某些酶的功能。
人参粥(《食鉴本草》)
组方：人参粉3g，粳米50g，煮粥拌和。
功效：益元气、补脾肺、生精安神。人参作为艾滋病免疫调节剂，提高非特异性免疫功能，增加DNA的生物合成。
白术猪肚粥(《圣济总录》)
组方：白术30g，槟榔10g，姜少许三者同煎汁去渣。猪肚250g切小块，加粳米100g煮粥，调味食用。
功效：补中益气，健脾和胃。适用于倦怠少气，不思饮食、腹部虚胀，大便不爽等症。
2清热解毒
艾滋病多易并发各种致命的机会性感染。清热解毒药具有抗炎、抗病毒及抗菌作用。并能增强机体免疫功能，抑制病理性免疫反应。
地丁败酱糖茶(验方)
组方：紫花地丁、蒲公英、败酱草各30克，煎汁去渣，加糖少许代茶。
功效：清热解毒，抗菌消炎。紫花地丁中已分离出有效成分为富含半乳糖的磺化多糖，在细胞培养基上有抑制艾滋病毒的作用。
银菊粥(《得配本草》)
组方：粳米50克煮成粥，金银花、菊花各10g开水冲泡成露，食粥时加入此露。
功效：清热解毒，治温病发热。金银花有抑制艾滋病毒作用，并能减少肠道对胆固醇的吸收。
3活血化瘀
艾滋病人气血亏损，气滞血瘀。用活血化瘀药膳以降低毛细血管通透性，促使炎症吸收，调节免疫功能，提高抗病能力。
赤芍茅根红枣汤(《偏方大全》)
组方：赤芍4g，鲜茅根50g，大枣5枚共煎汤代茶。
功效：清热凉血、滋阴清火、祛瘀止痛。主治血瘀、腹痛、痈疽、疮疡。
红花糯米粥(《食物与治病》)
组方：红花、当归各10g，丹参15g三药共煎去渣、糯米100g共煮粥，加糖食用。
功效：活血通经，去瘀止痛。能降低胆固醇，兴奋支气管及小肠平滑肌。
4软坚散结
艾滋病毒在体内积聚常导致淋巴结肿大，用软坚散结药可消除肿块，同时有泻火泄热抑制病毒作用。
紫菜蛋汤(民间方)
组方：紫菜10g(干品)鸡蛋一个打散共煮汤。
功效：清热软坚。紫菜富含微量元素碘，功能化痰软坚，清热利尿。《本草经集注》谓“紫菜治瘿瘤结气。”
昆布海藻煮黄豆(《食物与治病》)
组方：昆布、海藻各25g，黄豆50g共煲汤。
功效：软坚散结，清热消痰，治淋巴结肿结肿大。
