Different colours can affect us in many different ways, according to Allen. In her new series "Colour me Healthy", Allen looks at the ways that colours can influence how hard we work and the choices we make. They can even change our feelings and even influence how healthy we are.

Tatyana McFadden was born in 1989 in Russia, with an illness that caused her not to be able to move half of her body. She was placed in an orphanage(孤儿院) that was unable to provide a wheelchair for her. Over the next six years, Tatyana taught herself to walk by using her hands and arms as feet and legs.
