兹有甲方委托X运输公司进口发电机(产品),因产品质量与合同约定不符(退货的原因).经甲、乙双方协调后，乙方同意将此产品退回乙方，同时甲方要求乙方在以后的交易过程中不要再出现产品异常的现象。
Party A consign X Transportation company to import dynamotor fromParty B. As the quality of product is not accord therequirement of Contract (detailed reson ofreturning), Party A return all theproducts to Party B. At meantime, A require B not to reappear thesame exceptional product during the futurebusiness.

GOOD RETURN AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE BETWEEN A CO. AND B CO., LTD WHICH AGREE TOTHE UNDERMENTIONED GOODS（KICHEN TOOLS） ACCORDING TREATED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONSBELOW:

因为材料不符合德国SGS公司标准，故对该批货物退回装运港。
3) THE RETURNED GOODS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO KIK TEXTILIEN UNDNON-GOOD GMBH.

Agreement of Goods Return andRefundment
Through amiable negotiations, a returnagreement has been reached between the seller (hererafter call A)and the buyer (hererafter call B ) that B will return all thesuits to A under the contract No. due to quality issue; details asfollows,
兹经买卖方友好协商，乙方将号合同项下的不合格西服退货给甲方，现达成下列条款：
1在卖方将该批货物发货后，检测人员发现该批货物存在严重的质量问题，现经买卖双方商讨后决定将该批化纤西服退货回卖方，重新制作。
1, A agreed that B would return all thechemical fiber suits under the contract No. ,which was foundserious quality issues after it being delivered;and would remakethe suits as previous contract regulated.
3.卖方将货款退回买方：Party A would pay the money back to Party B
4.相关运费由卖方承担：
Party A would absorb allthe freight and other charges incurred by the returnshipment.

Regarding with the load of P-5532frozen pork product, USA original, total weight of 5000 kilogram,1000 cases. For the carelessness, this container which should havereached Hongkong arrived in Tianjini mistakenly. Conferring withSeller and Buyer，agree to return container from Tianjini to HongKong.Buyer agrees to take over the cargo. Agent of Tianjing is handlingthe re-export products in China, all concerned payment shall be bornby Seller.
