Scoring:(计分)
1 point for a 'yes' answer to 1-10 or 'no' answer to 11-12.
1-10题,每一个“是”得1分,11-12题,每一个“否”得1分。
A score of 4 or more suggests that you may be under significantstress.
得分在4分或以上表明你确实有压力。
