在国外，Green SuperfoodPowder已经红了好多年了，这几年国内养生大潮，喝这种保健产品的也越来越多，最早火起来的算是日本的大麦若叶青汁，不过只有一种蔬菜，营养和保健效果非常有限，显然不是上佳之选。我喝Green SuperfoodPowder大概有4,5个月了吧，喝过感觉Green Vibrance,Amazing Grass, PHion，打算长期服用的是GreenVibrance。
按照营养专家规定的量来看，其实大部分普通人都很难每天摄入足够的全面的蔬菜，而且蔬菜粉里含的大多数野菜根本不是日常做菜会吃到的，所以补充下还是很有必要的。特别是便秘，外食族更有必要吃。
在Green Superfood Powder这个市场上，卖的最好的应该是Green Vibrance和Amazing Grass，GreenVibrance被评为最全面最优质的Superfood，可是口味很多人是无法接受的。AmazingGrass胜在口味不错，营养也算不错。
Green Vibrance
先说说我最喜欢的Green Vibrance，说实话，口味不好，追求口味的就不要考虑了，我爸和我姑都说无法下咽，但我是接受度很高的人，所以觉得还好。。。但是效果方面，确实好过其他同类产品。
成分的话是最全面的，每一勺含有71种有机蔬菜，250亿益生菌，国外营养健康评鉴网站基本都给出9.5以上的评分，同类中的翘楚。看一下成分表吧，好长。。。。

好长。。。简直是崩溃了，不过这也看得出来成分是多么丰富了。。。。健康食品这种，当然都不可能立竿见影的，不过连服吃上一个月以上，就会明显感到精力变好，对排便排毒也有效果，怎么说呢，就是有种体内的洁净感
Amazing Grass Superfood
这个牌子都比较好吃，还有巧克力口味的，比较适合口味很挑剔和小孩子吃，不过说实话，要口味好吃，就必须加很多口味添加剂或者其他的处理，健康程度肯定不如原汁原味的啦。成分也比较简单，不过第一次吃蔬菜粉的MM还是可以从这款开始，免得吃一次就再也不想吃了。。。哈哈

PHion Green Superfood
这个牌子比较冷门，吃的人很少，我也不知道怎么会买这个，还买过那个排毒的土Phion Ionic ColonCleanse，说实话那些排毒的土都是完全扯淡的东西，同类产品还有Blessed Herbs ColonCleansing Kit。。。排出的所谓毒就是那个土，因为土无法被人体吸收，那个土又很粘稠，看上去好像很多毒素，又多又稠，其实就是不能被人体的土又出来了，还有什么3周减轻3.5+kg，拜托，按照他们推荐的变态排毒饮食，就让吃那个土和果汁，啥都不能吃，正常人这么吃有不瘦的吗？。。。反正那个破土是让我极其郁闷的东西。。。。
抛开那个心烦的土来说，这个绿粉还行，但是口味比GreenVibrance还要差。。。不是一般的难吃，成分上来看，属于中流，还不错，但比不上GreenVibrance。主要成分有椰菜汁粉、胡萝卜汁粉、黄瓜粉、花椰菜、卷心菜汁粉、羽衣甘蓝汁粉、海藻、芦荟、欧芹汁粉、菠菜汁粉、蕃茄汁粉、布鲁塞尔苗芽粉、芦荀汁粉、绿钟胡椒粉、竹精、菊苣、生羌、罗汉果、萝卜、红甜菜汁粉、螺旋藻、豆瓣菜、大蒜、柚子树、柠檬汁粉、酸橙汁粉。
Superfood Powder的吃法，我就是加在smoothie里面的，单吃也可以，但是会很难吃，加在有加水果的smoothie里面，味道就比较不明显啦。不过像AmazingGrass那种直接吃也不错~
