Copyright Transfer
1. Theundersigned hereby assigns to The Institute of Electrical andElectronics Engineers, Incorporated (the “IEEE”) all rights undercopyright that may exist in and to: (a) the above Work, includingany revised or expanded derivative works submitted to the IEEE bythe undersigned based on the Work; and (b) any associated written ormultimedia components or other enhancements accompanying theWork.
Consent and Release
2. Inthe event the undersigned makes a presentation based upon the Workat a conference hosted or sponsored in whole or in part by theIEEE, the undersigned, in consideration for his/her participationin the conference, hereby grants the IEEE the unlimited, worldwide,irrevocable permission to use, distribute, publish, license,exhibit, record, digitize, broadcast, reproduce and archive, in anyformat or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed: (a)his/her presentation and comments at the conference; (b)any writtenmaterials or multimedia files used in connection with his/herpresentation; and (c) any recorded interviews of him/her(collectively, the “Presentation”). The permissiongranted includes the transcription and reproduction of thePresentation for inclusion in products sold or distributed by IEEEand live or recorded broadcast of the Presentation during or afterthe conference.
3. Inconnection with the permission granted in Section 2, theundersigned hereby grants IEEE the unlimited, worldwide,irrevocable right to use his/her name, picture, likeness, voice andbiographical information as part of the advertisement, distributionand sale of products incorporating the Work or Presentation, andreleases IEEE from any claim based on right of privacy orpublicity.
4. Theundersigned hereby warrants that the Work and Presentation(collectively, the “Materials”) are original and that he/she is theauthor of the Materials. To the extent theMaterials incorporate text passages, figures, data or othermaterial from the works of others, the undersigned has obtained anynecessary permissions. Where necessary, theundersigned has obtained all third party permissions and consentsto grant the license above and has provided copies of suchpermissions and consents to IEEE.

General Terms
·The undersigned represents thathe/she has the power and authority to make and execute thisassignment.
·The undersigned agrees toindemnify and hold harmless the IEEE from any damage or expensethat may arise in the event of a breach of any of the warrantiesset forth above.
·In the event the above work isnot accepted and published by the IEEE or is withdrawn by theauthor(s) before acceptance by the IEEE, the foregoing copyrighttransfer shall become null and void and all materials embodying theWork submitted to the IEEE will be destroyed.
·For jointly authored Works, alljoint authors should sign, or one of the authors should sign asauthorized agent for the others.
