爱华网A Georgian scout plane that illegally crossed the frontier of Abkhazia was hit in the end of April. This incident led to a tense international scandal. Georgia accused Russia of hitting the plane and demanded the case to be reviewed by the United Nations Security Council. However, the Council couldn’t arrive at a single decision on this issue.
