MEXICO CITY - Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Mexican counterpart EnriquePena Nieto announced here on Tuesday to liftthe bilateral relationship to a comprehensive strategicpartnership.
The Chinese president arrived in Mexico City earlier in the dayfor a three-day state visit aimed at lifting the China-Mexicostrategic partnership to a higher level, and held talks with PenaNieto on bilateral cooperation.
