中文期刊
期刊分三类：第一类为奖励期刊；第二类为重要期刊；第三类为
核心期刊。
一、奖励期刊
（一）按一级学科认定的奖励期刊
每个一级学科认定 2 种中文奖励期刊，原则上为各学科排位前列
的期刊，奖励期刊为：
经济研究、世界经济、中国工业经济、金融研究、管理世界、南
开管理评论、管理科学学报、系统工程理论与实践
（二）学校认定的奖励期刊
武汉大学社会科学研究院所颁布的社科奖励中文期刊（武汉大学
1998〈33〉号文件），期刊见附录 1。
二、重要期刊
（一）按二级学科认定的重要期刊
原则上每个二级学科认定 1 种重要期刊，为本学科在 CSSCI 期刊
目录中排位最前的期刊；管理学科的期刊综合性较强，其认定还依据
国家自科基金委管理科学认定的重要学术期刊。

国际贸易问题、经济学动态、财政研究、中国经济史研究、保险研究、
中国人口·资源与环境、中国农村经济、经济科学、国际金融研究、

CSSCI 收录期刊根据最新目录适时调整，包括论文见刊时上一年
度或发表论文当年 CSSCI 来源期刊和学术集刊。
（二）被人大报刊复印资料中心期刊全文转载的论文
（三）《珞珈管理评论》视为核心期刊

英文期刊总体分A、A-、B+、B、B-、C六类，其中，B以上(含)
等同中文奖励期刊；B-类等同中文重要期刊；C类等同中文核心期刊。
1. A和A-类期刊为该学科方向公认的第一梯队期刊，Univ. Texas
at Dallas 的24本顶级期刊均为A及A-类；
2. B+及B类期刊为该学科方向在国际上公认的重要期刊，
Financial Times 的45本经管类期刊基本包含在B及以上；
3．B- 类期刊认定不具体细分到各专业，范围包括（B类及以上
杂志除外）：JCR数据库中Economics、Finance、Business和Management
学科5年影响因子≥0.6的SSCI期刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的
影响因子计算）。
4．C类期刊认定不细分至专业，范围包括（B-类及以上杂志除
外）：JCR数据库中Economics、Finance、Business和Management学
科5年影响因子≥0.2的SSCI期刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影
响因子计算）。
5. 为鼓励教师的交叉研究，相关学科SSCI期刊认定标准为：
JCR数据库中除Economics、Finance、Business和Management
以外的学科5年影响因子≥2的SSCI期刊，视为B类及以上的奖励期
刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影响因子计算）。
JCR数据库中除Economics、Finance、Business和Management
以外的学科5年影响因子≥1但<2的SSCI期刊，视为B-类的重要期
刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影响因子计算）。

2．在上述中文报纸上发表的论文必须在2000字以上。
3．被《新华文摘》、《中国社会科学文摘》转载的论文，被转载
字数必须在3000字以上。
4．论文如属合著，本人应为第一作者；或自己指导的学生为第
一作者、本人为第二作者，或是联系通讯作者；如第一作者和通讯作
者均为本校教师，则一项成果只能认定一次（通讯作者优先，除非两
人书面同意其他认定安排）。如果期刊的作者排序是按照字母顺序，
而不是按照贡献大小时，在职称评定时，按照2/（n+1）的公式计算，
在奖励时，按照2/（n+1）乘以奖励金额计算（仅限英文期刊）。
5．对于SCI期刊的认定
JCR数据库中Operations Research & Management Science 学科5
年影响因子≥2的SCI期刊，以及除Operations Research & Management
Science以外的学科5年影响因子≥2.4的SCI期刊，视为B类及以上
的奖励期刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影响因子计算）。
JCR数据库中Operations Research & Management Science 学科5
年影响因子≥1但<2的SCI期刊，以及除Operations Research &
Management Science以外的学科5年影响因子≥1.4但<2.4的SCI期刊，
视为B-类的重要期刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影响因子计算）。
JCR数据库中Operations Research & Management Science 学科5
年影响因子≥0.6但<1的SCI期刊，以及除Operations Research &

Management Science以外的学科5年影响因子≥1但<1.4的SCI期刊，
视为C类的核心期刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影响因子计算）。
对于期刊仅被SCI检索，但所发表的论文被SCI/SSCI双收录，
该文按照SSCI的标准进行认定。
6. 上述所列未及期刊，可由申请者提交学院学位评定委员会申
请认定。
7. 本方案自2014年1月1日起生效。
